Natural Remedies for Anxiety
Just in the US alone some 19 million or more people experience enough
anxiety to be considered a problem. Pretty nearly 100% of us do get
anxious from time to time, it's basically a normal part of
life. Faced with challenges, problems, or danger we do get
nervous. In some cases we may be misinterpreting what we feel
as anxiety when we could almost as easily label it as excitement.
We tend to pick up whatever our culture, parents, school, friends and
so forth define as anxiety-provoking even if it might really be a
source of excitement. A lot of sports, especially X sports
are flat out scary. Jumping out of airplanes with a chute or
off bridges with a bungee cord are, objectively, kind of terrifying.
But we learn to see them as exciting. The basis for panic
attacks is the "fight or flight response" and this too can be
experienced as positive by the adrenalin junkie.
Shrinks have a lot of names for different varieties and configurations
of anxiety - everything from your day-to-day basic normal anxiety
response, an anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, social
anxiety disorder, panic disorder even anxiety panic attacks (sort of
redundant, I'd say). Sometimes, it's because the anxiety is
linked to specific types of situations such as social settings - or
because it doesn't seem to be linked to anything like generalized
anxiety disorder. Sometimes it's based on severity - panic
disorders tending to be the most disruptive. Anxiety, of
course, is also a component of other problems such as phobias and can
contribute to a variety of conditions.
Anxiety and even panic attacks will not harm you physically even though
it can seem like they will. However, they can lead to other
conditions which can be physically dangerous. And anxiety can be
incredibly disruptive to your life. Usually when we begin to
think that it's just too much anxiety to feel or when it
starts to disrupt our life, we start looking for remedies.
There are a variety of methods from training/coaching techniques which
can change how you respond and experience situations, through
individual or group psychotherapy including desensitization/relaxation
training that can be effective. Often though, medications are
prescribed and while they will reduce anxiety they also tend to be
powerful synthetics that have other and undesirable side effects. Some
are addictive and you can pick up a new problem (getting hooked on
tranks) while trying to treat your anxiety.
Here's the deal though, there are a variety of natural remedies for
anxiety which have been used for a long time. And today, you also have
the advantage of being able to buy precisely formulated products
produced under carefully controlled conditions (yes, pharmaceutical
level conditions) which are 100% natural all herbal remedies without
any side effects and which are non-addicting. No medication,
whether it's a natural anxiety remedy or an industrial chemical, is
going to "cure" your anxiety. What you should be looking for is a way
to reduce the anxiety when it gets intense and supplements that can
reduce your tendency to react to things with severe anxiety.
After my personal research and adventures in trying out natural
remedies for anxiety, I now rely on Native Remedies because of the
quality of their products, the history of successful use by many many
people, and their excellent prices and guarantees. Native
Remedies is one of the very best, if not the best, providers
of quality herbal remedies and
supplements of all
types. They are relied on and trusted by thousands of
customers from all over the world and I strongly encourage you to at
least check them out for remedies for any problem, not just anxiety
remedies.
Whenever you are dealing with your health you should always consult
with your primary health professional, while not every medical
practitioner knows much about natural or herbal medicines and remedies,
it is becoming more common as people are trying to find alternatives to
heavy-duty chemicals that can be as bad or worse than the problem they
supposedly solve. Also, not every condition responds to
natural remedies and not every person has the same response - we do
vary quite a bit. And while they may be natural remedies for anxiety
(or whatever else) and are natural, organic, etc., they still have both
physical and mental effects so you do need to follow the directions
provided for there use.
